About CFN ScoutBy registering your resume to CFN Scout, companies will be able to view your skills and experience and contact you directly if interested. CFN Scout will further increase your job searching possibilities.
To register to CFN Scout, you must first create your resume on My CFN. Your personal information such as name, address, and email address will neither be publicized nor viewable by companies. Companies will be able to view information such as education and work history.
If a company views your Scout Resume and interested, they will contact you by email via the Scout System to your "My CFN" Inbox.
After being scouted and communicating with company representatives, send your application from the posting. Since the company representative would have already seen your resume via the Scout system, after officially applying, the company may immediately schedule an interview since preliminary first contact would have already taken place.
